This exclusive collaboration features Executive Chef Masatsugu Suzuki of Mētis Roppongi, a wood-fired French restaurant that has earned one Michelin star in the Michelin Guide Tokyo for three consecutive years since its opening. The event will be held for two days only: Sunday, February 22 and Monday, February 23 (National Holiday).
PIZZERIA e TRATTORIA L’OMBELICO is an Italian restaurant overlooking the beautiful greenery of Yoyogi Park. The restaurant offers authentic Neapolitan pizza baked in a wood-fired oven imported directly from Italy, as well as regional Italian cuisine featuring seasonal ingredients. Open not only to hotel guests but also to the local community, the restaurant provides comfortable counter seating and terrace seating that welcomes pets.
Mētis Roppongi is a French restaurant that pursues a distinctive culinary identity by masterfully blending seasonal Japanese ingredients with French techniques and esprit.
